PLEASE NOTE: We are happy to discuss a move on WhatsApp, but the only way a booking is finalised is by email. We do not do verbal or WhatsApp agreements whatsoever. At the end of a WhatsApp conversation you will be asked to supply your email address, and an email will be sent which will require an acceptance in writing to our quotations and terms and conditions sent.

Onsite viewings and quotations

We do offer to come out and view your home in order to quote, but this service is only offered for our larger moves of three bedrooms or up, or for larger office moves. We simply don't have the resources to come out and view two-bedroom or smaller homes and flats, and we believe moves of this size can easily draw up an inventory list and send it to us.

Simply take a walk through your property, create a list of everything to be moved, and email it to us.

WhatsApp over email, email is always best

We're happy to start a conversation on WhatsApp for the initial start of a quotation, but we do not finalise bookings via WhatsApp at all. It's always best to email your queries to us, as this is a much safer option.
